My worst experience dealing in carousell. Bought this sealed detective pikachu card which looked fine from the plastic wrap but when I opened it I noticed an obvious crease at the front artwork. Requested the seller to refund but he refused because I opened the plastic seal only compensate me rm10. It's hard to inspect the card inside a plastic seal without opening it. This is unfair for buyer!!!
