Its normal not to accept returns here, its in my description. I cited examples that what happens after shipping is not in my control. I checked the bag and didnt see damage. When it reached her, she saw a small tear in the strap. I offered 1/3 of the price to repair but didnt want to accept but instead threatened to review/report. We are just talking about 1500 backpack and shes that ill-mannered

I think all the reviews in my account except this can best reflect how I am as a buyer. When I first raised the concern to this seller about the bag I bought from her, she refused to take accountability at first and instead blamed the rider. I was appalled by this, to dodge accountability is one thing but to blame the rider who have 0 interest to ruin the parcel? Outrageous! I was already at my wits end before they considered a partial refund, so obviously I'd decline. She's obv ill-mannered.
