Very very dishonest seller. Did not state and take pictures of how the thin the jade bangle is. She knew nobody will buy it if it’s only 4.5mm thick. She gave silly excuses like I took all the pictures except the thickness and I don’t buy a lot of jade so I don’t know and I can’t refund coz no one else will buy it. Bad karma and bad luck to this very dishonest seller. She deserves it!

Take responsibility for the things u sell, just refund no big deal. U say u stated and show pictures. Where is the 4.5mm thickness? Your pictures mislead others into thinking it’s not that SUPER thin. Maybe I should have ask the thickness but I trusted your pictures, stupid of me but u are still a lousy seller giving all excuses not to refund.

Clarifying that this buyer made offer and payment without asking a SINGLE question. if you want to know thickness, please do ask next time. I did my part by posting in the FIRST picture the exact measurements and weight as stated on certificate, but if thickness is important to you please make sure to clarify with seller. Since jade is not cheap, buyer also need due dilligence if expecting things to be very good deal. She was extremely rude and cursed at me continuously. Do not trust thanks! 😑
