Working yung pods but sa calls tunog nasa ilalim ng tubig yung audio. Messaged the seller right away and told me common issue pala ng airpods pro yun which di ako aware and di nasabi kahit nabanggit ko na for work gagamitin. Asked for refund & paid for the del fee twice. Can be settled privately pero gusto ni seller mag leave ng review to rate the experience. Appreciate the refund anyway. Thanks.

thank you for the review! issues like this could be better addressed if you clearly communicated your specific needs and expectations, and reviewed the specs as it is always helpful to double-check it and ask about potential limitations before making a rush purchase. oh and just to clarify, the ss you posted left out the part where I asked "how would we go about this?" and where you voluntarily offered to shoulder the shipping fee. still, I appreciate the transaction, thank you! 🙇‍♀️
