She was over an hour late..Naturally I was very upset but I understood the circumstances as she said a subway station was closed. Upon arrival she asked me if I had change. I was not impressed. Having exact change is important when you're doing deals like this. You shouldn't expect the seller to have change without notice. Eventually, after asking me to help her count change we got the full amount. She apologized but overall the transaction was a headache and the apology didn't seem genuine..
