The item is not 18k gold as seller claimed..Seller is unresponsive and is refusing to provide a refund although we are willing to forgo a part of the refund for sellers trouble as she came in person to trade. Shall be lodging a complaint with carousel and the authorities against the seller.

from the very first beginning, u’ve asked for a photo to see what’s the “number” engraved in the bangle and it shows “750”. Then we traded face-to-face, u accept all, so u paid. After few days, u said that is not 750, i feel surprised. so i asked u to let me know where u checked it, then i can show the evidence to the supplier. But u didn’t. Even that, I proposed to keep the bangle at your hand. i’ll refund u once i sold again. But u refused. please understand i need to take risk as well.
