I am deceived by the listing, the item i received was far opposite of "like new". It's my fault not to inspect the item in front of the seller but i informed of the defects just a hours later. Seller replied after few days and said i couldn't get a refund because she checked the item before packing and that i might have caused the broken pull tab. Then completely silent.

Buyer claimed that it was broken after some time (definitely not an hour) and demanded for a full refund when she’s still in full possession of the bag. I did my due diligence to double check the bag condition incl. all the zips (have pulled them back and forth to make sure they’re all working) and packed it nicely before passing to the buyer. Have also fully informed her about the rust when we deal upon having checked the condition of the bag. Left her a good review before she does all this ??
