Seller mentioned the item is Like new which is not correct, the bottle caps and screw caps are yellowish due to UV Sterilisation which the seller didn’t mention before transferring of the amount.

Really Terrible seller, please check the item before transferring the money as sellers are very smart in taking pictures hiding the defects. No buyer expects premium quality for discounts but should not hide the truth or defect, interested persons will continue to buy it.

The photos provided in the listing is the same item that was sold to the buyer. We don’t understand why the buyer raise a fuss when she have viewed the photos in the listing. The age of purchase was also provided in the listing. Given the heavily discounted price of $12 for 4 Pigeon GLASS bottles, we believe any buyer would understand that it is not in a perfect condition right off the shelves. We will leave potential buyers to judge who is the unreasonable party here.
