Bad service, not responsible for the damaged items. Asked for refund but ignored. Even the books were cheap, but the real condition should be stated and real pictures should be attached. Be honest! Even if the customers don't request any, it's your responsibility to explain any defect available! 3 from the books were no longer attached to the covers but she stated all were in A VERY GOOD condition. A very good liar. Not recommended to deal with. TQ
