I hv been on Crousell for 9y n this is my 1st time dealing with a buyer like this.I clearly stated in the dcsrption that the size is M-L, with a bust measrmnt of 38–40inch,n she was aware bfore pchasing.Aftr rceiving the item, she 1st cmplained that the kebaya was too long, not about the bust. Now she has chnged her concern to the bust size.I'm willing to accept a return and provide a refund. Hwever,she rfuses to rturn the item 1st and is asking for a rfund bfre snding back whch not proper prces

Don't going MIA then,it's just a simple thing for buy n sell process. Hope after this buyer fahamkn apa itu make offer on seller listing,please dont make offer unless if u r serious to buy.
