Seller was unreachable at time of dealing after arrangements have been made. When responded I asked for a slightly discount to compensate but did not want to support. Understand the seller was unwell, but I didn’t see commitment to support the inconvenience even with an extremely small discount. Had to cancel the deal

Low-balling from the start but we finally managed to agree on a price which is already at a loss for me. A deal was made with a proposed time. I was unwell and took some drowsy meds and overshot the agreed time however buyer has not left his house yet. Buyer uses this as an opportunity to get further discount and keep pushing for it. He then said he won’t deal which I agreed but still went on and on and pushing for discount citing committed to sale.
