Transaction was smooth and easy however item was not to my expectation. One of the screw came off while transferring it to my car and seller said the screw need tighten only. This information was not mentioned before hand. I tried tightening the screw unfortunately it came off again the very next day so basically the screwhole is loose already and i am not sure if it is fixable. Item is defective

Dear Ima, sorry 4 d inconvenience caused. u can return it to me if u unsatisfied. The items was okay. that screw u said came out bcos of i think when i bringing it in d carpark d road uneven, so d wheel stucked then only i see d crew lepas from d other wood. B4 never happen.I bought still in the box. then i install follow d instruction steps. including put d screw & turn it until it tighten. So..that time when i see d screw came out, i think d same as d first time i install it. just tighten it.
