I claim he sold a faulty item, he says "Carousell informed the refund matter will depends on himself.So, he will not provide any refund to me. And he ask me to lodge a report in Carousell..!!!??? When I did the Carousell Says. "They will continue to keep tab on this seller. if he continues. They will not hesitate to take the necessary actions on him", So, I want everyone pls, BEWARE & BE AWARE!!!

The comment of the buyer is not true. Buyer claimed that I sold a faulty item and I did some repair on the item before selling it. I do not agree and yet offer full refund on courtesy basis. However, his attitude when replying me is totally unacceptable. Several offer full refund statement was made but he’s just too aggressive. Therefore, I seek Carousell advise and decided that I can offer no refund to him.
