Seller didn’t even have common sense to pack in a more secure packaging or put fragile sticker despite knowing that poster can easily get bent during postage🤷🏻♀️

I am so sorry to hear about this most unfortunate event that the packaging was damaged during the delivery process - which I had no control over. It was explicitly communicated to the PosLaju personnel to be careful. Objectively, it is not a fragile item. A more secure packaging i.e. bubble wrap would not have prevented the damage caused by the big dent on the cardboard. Thanks for your feedback. I shall be even more careful with my other shipments. Happy dealing with you, regardless.
