We had made an agreement for me to purchase an item but she sold it to someone else. When I asked about it, she made a new "rule" after I already said I wanted to buy the item. We had a binding agreement but she added new terms in which legally isn't allowed and didn't even have the decency to tell me she sold it to someone else, let alone ask me, if I still wanted the item. Overall, bad experience since I was very keen on purchasing the item.
