I mailed out her item and even sent her pic proof. When she did not receive it, she turns to blame me for the lost mail by leaving me a negative feedback? She should have known the risk of normal postage before choosing it. Really unreasonable tbh, I have already done my part by mailing out and have no control over the postage process.
