Lowballed me, then agreed to deal through mailing (as postage fee is much lower than transport costs to meet up), subsequently came up with excuses not to pay up (“got problem, cannot transfer”, don’t know how to transfer money at ATM, finally ending with “so sorry I cannot buy from you, maybe other time”) Highly unreliable buyer and user on Carousell. DO NOT DEAL. Fortunately I suspected this user, and I did not mail my item out.
