I hate writing stuff like this..but..I am so disappointed with this seller, she seemed so lovely at the start?..I purchased this item over a month ago and still nothing, apart from excuses and now won't answer my messages..I have been more than patient..I asked for a refund, again to no reply?..Do the right thing..I paid you straight away ..you have your money.. I have no jacket..if you buy from this person, it's at your own risk..highly rated for what..scamming people? Just remember....karma😠

After we agreed to have an item sent out, there was some communication of a delay but then we agreed on the next week to send. After that I checked in a few times but go no replies despite this seller was online recently. :/ no updates on what’s happening with my parcel or when it’s being sent and it’s been 2 weeks
