Seller sold item as jade, but testing by NGI revealed that item was made of marble and not jade material at all. Proof of NGI verification attached. Seller agreed to refund but made it difficult for me as a buyer and gave unfavourable terms, eventually failing to reach a full refund situation. Jade seller selling marble. That should say more than enough. Will never deal again.
