i paid for 3 items. seller shipped out only 2 items VERY LATE. i followed up after several days and she informed only after shipping out the items late that one item was missing. she should have informed me that the item was missing before shipping it out. she still has not refunded me after a week of me paying her. also insulted me when it’s clear that she made the mistake.
