The seller mentioned “overall naman po leather is good” but she did not disclose the actual issue of the bag. The handles have a visible peeling. I wouldn’t have minded na sana since the price is affordable and it is prelove. I just hate the fact that when i tried to raise it to her she said “i could barely see it” which was surprising since the flaw is quite noticeable. Be transparent next time.

irresponsible seller. delays shipment and always have different reasons why shipment is being delayed (without proof too). i understand their situation naman due to the typhoon pero in the past days, iba iba na yung reason. they will also still entertain buyers even if you have already paid. they refunded me without my approval. im not sure if legit anymore but transact at your own risk nalang.

though I was glad that my money was refunded, it still wasn’t a good situation to be in as a buyer because I paid naman agad hoping to get the bag. though i understand the seller’s situation, it’s still their responsibility to always update buyers from time to time, and come up with solutions to deliver the buyer’s item. please don’t sell if you can’t commit to your buyers
