stated as NEW, seller also said new and nvr worn. scratches found on surface when deal. He said its due to friction w pouch(made of cloth). Its ridiculous but i chose to deal, thought it works ok. But date indicator not working. I paid him to change batt before deal. he blaming the shop for it. Now i know why he emphasised alot for my permission before changing batt. Its ok, i nvr check properly

I was transparent and honest prior to making the deal. As a seller, I did my duty and responsibility as we made clear agreement prior to dealing. You can see from our chat history as per your screenshots attached. I even asked you not to take the item as you were unhappy with the scratches but you still went ahead. You chose to deal despite the risks which I do not have control over. Hence, you cannot blame it on me.
