Buang masa. Kepada seller, sila berhati-hati. Tak cakap joy buyer, tetapi beliau akan drag deal sehingga 24 jam. Minta account untuk payment, sidai 24 jam. Tiada sebarang pembayaran. Apabila follow up, beliau respond tetapi tanpa membuat payment. Dengan alasan pembelian “tak urgent”. So, berhati-hati deal dengan beliau. Sayangi masa anda, tenaga anda dan mental anda.

Selain low-baller buyer yang juga berpotensi joy buyer, beliau juga akan hold deal yang mana saya syak beliau tidak mampu melakukan pembayaran tetapi cover dengan alasan tidak urgent. Jika tak urgent, orang tak buat offer, minta account payment. Apa pun, seller lain tolonglah berhati-hati dengan orang ini.

LOLS. I know you're looking for funds. But, your approach can definitely make buyers feel turned off and suspicious. Please keep this in mind: when following up about payment, it's important to have the right attitude. Avoid asking every five minutes whether the payment has been made. Sorry if my feedback comes off as harsh, but I genuinely encourage you to improve your soft skills. 😊😅
