Items came with defects that wasn’t stated in the listing, like broken parts/discoloured straps and stains. Offered a refund at a rate that was lower than what I paid for too. Unreasonable
Hi lynnnn, apologies again for failing to meet your expectations. I’ve already given you a discount for the items listed ($13 instead of $15) and these are all used items as mentioned in the listing. I may have missed out some defects. The mentioned items w issue is only 1 out of 7 pieces with very minimal flaw that doesn’t warrant it unwearable after easy fixes. Out of goodwill, I will still offer you a refund of $2 and you may keep the outfit.
Above and beyond
Seller was responsive and honest. Noticed some flaws in the item and cleaned it and adjusted price. Collection was timely as arranged. Thanks!
