Extremely bad experience. He made an offer which I accepted and we agreed on place and time to meet. At the same time there was another buyer which I rejected because he made an offer. 15 mins later, he said he “changed his mind” and doesn’t want to buy anymore. I eventually lose out on both sales. Please be very careful to deal with him.
