The item was sealed upon purchase. The Buyer was told “ item are As is were is NO refund “. And BUYER AGREED ! I have proof per our conversation ! As consolation, I even refunded 100.00 since I have no way of checking if it’s really our ink that had a problem. There was no definite proof that it was really our ink, it’s just the buyers word against the truth. He just sent a picture of a printout. Everyone please be careful ! Check the reviews of this buyer.

Very understanding seller, even shouldered some of the sf fee upon knowing it was more than anticipated. Books are in great quality, will definitely enjoy reading these! 💗💚

My apologies the item didn’t meet your expectations but hope you understand the item is already used. I even agreed to give additional discount. Item was sold almost at 50% from its original price. Thank you.
