my first bad review. friendly and punctual but dishonest. she checked when we met but made excuses after that the product was faulty. it was a washable mark that washed off easily. she 'forced' for a deep discount 31% or a refund. and then went on to claim that it was for someone picky when she said it was for herself prior. glad I took the item back. would rather keep it. deal at your own risk.
