When the decoration appointment is nearing they also sent out a reminder to me. On the day of decoration Rin was very systematic in her approach when tying down the decoration. Very well done. They were very prompt on their responses and were not afraid to share their advice. eg initially selected type 1 flower which they mentioned due to rain, it may not be ideal due to possible colour run from previous feedback, and as such I was able to change it for type 2 instead. Rin is definitely knowledgeable and powerful with her work too! Excellent location for ease of deco installation too!
