It’s clear on my post with address, never ever believe this guy, see how many 1 star he have, more than 10. He accept offer first then keep postpone deal, while ask for price down again, just like the others said, I should not believe this guy. Another buyer asked as well, I just try to keep promise for who accept offer first, but bad idea to deal with this guy. Suggest everyone to see review before deal.
