The software was listed NEW but it had already been USED (1PC licence), never got refund even after promising several times. Its been 2 months. He took me in loops with alternate ways to activate through microsoft, then he said that its registered in his name & he can transfer or refund. Now he has deleted the item & not replying, I'm his 2nd prey btw, read the reviews. He even claimed to be a Microsoft employee, which i'm going to find out more about.

I am sad to see such a message. The license yet to said belong to me at first. It was install in the Macbook previously. But I will settle it asap with my Mac buyer to change back to my email. Buyer is unreasonable and keep asking for straight refund after purchase 1 week later. Very impatient person.
