話個figure 全新未開，之後我送俾人, 發現無封口，個figure 已變黃，賣家話無開過，唔關佢事，唔肯負責，仲話我買時無開盒check, 請問和位師兄，如果佢話全新未開，我點會開來check, 佢仲要封咗出面個啡盒俾我。之後無再覆我了。不知是否全心欺騙，但不是負責任的賣家。

I told you the product I sold to u was brand new, it is no longer new when u opened it U can def find Ron English office and ask how hey pack their product ! I believe every buyer who got this mario grin has the same package as mine. I can swear to god the item u got from me is how Official web site sent me So plz mind your words n give both of us some respect. I asked u to please open the brown box n check it but u refused. N now u come to me n say it is not new ? How can this be reasonable
