First time I am giving bad review to a seller She mentioned like new and she hardly worn the heels But they are obvious seasoned and the base of the heels coming off Quite upset with the experience

This buyer's behavior showcases a level of Pure Stupidity! Despite thoroughly inspecting the shoes in person to confirm the condition b4 dealing.She actually doesn’t know soles at shoes is a peelable sticker I put that can be tear away to protect the soles. Claiming heels is coming off is Defamation! Item has pics still in my profile u guys can verify. Gave her huge discount ,at 10% of the price boutique price only to meet with this stupid buyer who has no experience with branded items. Shame!
Bought one box from seller, she gave the lousier one for free. But boxes weren’t wrapped for delivery guy to collect when I requested for it to be wrapped. Because never wrap, the delivery guy taped it to keep the boxes tgt, when helper opened, it was destroyed. Had to throw away. Gave 2* but seller started verbally scolding me. So reduce to 1*. She say its my loss, serve me right lose money&time.

Psychotic seller. I didn’t make her refund, I asked I can refund, cos she didn’t tape the paper box up which made delivery guy tape directly on the box and it spoiled. I’ve never gotten any bad review or bad experiences on Carousell until this sour ass auntie. Also what accusations, what rich and go holiday. I only asked if can refund but she scold me. Siao. You see all her other bad reviews. Siao

Doesn’t matter if I gave u another box for free the fact is I did. I had to print out yr delivery slip for u & reschedule yr courier twice to suit ur time.U started verbally abusing me and made me refund u when it’s not my fault! When I said no refund buyer said she is rich unlike me & started telling me she going for holidays. Cos she has money …over $10 seriously…psychotic woman 😵💫
After buyer made an offer and asked for Paynow number, (s)he disappeared. Did not answer anymore at all.
