Buyer doesn’t know about outlet products and refused to believe the products are from Dior outlets. Outlet is by the brand itself ok. She wanted refund and alleged fake and I am kind enough to refund. She lied she checked with Dior but Singapore boutique cannot verify outlet goods. Bottega, Dior all confirmed they couldn’t verify outlet goods. If want boutique quality then please go to boutique to buy rather than alleged Dior is selling fake stuff at their OWN outlet. Sellers beware.

In summary, seller is telling me that I shouldn't expect authenticity from real factory outlet. Seller doesn't understand there's a difference between outlet goods which has flaws but it's authentic and highly replica goods which is fake. I accept flaws but not fake. Thank you. PS: I was kind enough to tell her that she might be getting cheated too by showing her the replica website pic in person. I was convincing myself that she's just got unlucky and not trying to con buyer 🤔 Cheers.
