Seller sold a wedding dress as size UK6-8 when the size of the dress is actually UK10. Pic below shows size tag on the dress vs seller’s description. It was an expensive purchase and I needed a replacement dress urgently. I realised the size was wrong the moment I received the delivery, and asked the seller if I could send it back immediately, but she refused and ghosted the pleas
Enzoani Mckinley Wedding Gown
S$250
Disappointed by this review, especially after I tried to resolve things respectfully. The Enzoani gown retails for thousands and I listed it at $250, which is far from “expensive.” Bridal sizing varies, and “fits UK6/8” was based on actual fit, not just the tag. Not every UK8 has the same build, which affects how a gown fits. I even left the tag on for transparency—if I meant to mislead, I’d have removed it. No explanation seemed to help you understand, but I wish you well.
Fast reaction and responsible
