The bag is very dirty, I rush time to get it, so I just roughly see the bag, nv imagine it is so dirty when I am back home. Cannot use totally. Everywhere is dirty and stains. I nv ask her to refund, I msg her to let her know that she should not sell dirty bag to others! Then she come to low rate me, say me weird!

I offered to refund. The paper bags are all of different condition and they are priced accordingly. I allow you to check in fact I remind you to check after passing you the bag. But out of goodwill I still offer to refund when you told me that you are unhappy with the bag with no question asked. You choose not to than you rate me 2 stars so is that weird or not?
