I mistakenly confirmed it was the Omni Breeze in chat as I had another Ergo model. I immediately offered a full refund and could meet anytime, but the buyer declined. The Omni 360 retails around S$170 and I sold it for S$25. The Breeze is just a lighter, newer version. The buyer asked for S$5 back, which felt unreasonable given a full refund was offered.

I now see she is selling the same carrier on her profile now for S$80 when she bought it from me for $25.

Buyer’s repeated follow-ups and refund request without a return, made it challenging. Item was $13 including mailing for a brand new good quality maternity dress. Buyer nego for $10 with mailing. I counter-offered a fair price of $11, upgraded the shipping at my own expense, and communicated promptly with tracking updates. Despite clear expectations, the buyer continued to seek reassurance.

Seller sent me a dress that she claims to be brand new but has 3 brown stains. I took a picture and sent to seller and seller told me to send her back the dress for a refund. But I am pregnant and have no bandwidth to mail the dress back to her. Appreciate it if seller could have checked the dress first to ensure brand new condition WITHOUT STAINS before putting the dress up for sale.
