Booked a hotel stay with condition of king bed as I have a child. Called at e last min to say not avail. Was very willing to give the refund but probably doesn’t understand the inconvenience and disappointment caused to e family especially the kid. Such an unpleasant experience.

Hi Anu, to be fair, I did in fact book a King Bed during reservation but it was a unforeseen circumstance that Hard Rock was unable to fulfill the request due to overbooking on their end, and this was completely beyond my control. Just as much as it dampened your spirits, it was also a wasted trip for us who went down to check in on your behalf. And as you said, I offered to refund you even though it was the hotel’s fault, not to mention that we had to absorb the “loss” ourselves.
