Seller acknowledge that he/she has revived e money, which included registered mail postage. after-which I have been following up since 9th of July for the details of the tracking number etc. seller is just not replying. Dishonest seller.

I have bought many items from carousell before, this is the first time i encounter lost in mail. Seller didnt reply my msg after chasing her for my item. She say will check with singpost, but nv get back to me. No screenshot of the parcel as well. After reading so many bad review on lost in mail about her, I believe she did not sent out the item in the first place. This account might be a scam, i am reporting it to carousell. Gd luck to u

Finally after about 10 days, I received my item! But yesterday I submitted a negative feedback for this seller. Today, I've changed my mind. Of course I wish she would've responded sooner after I sent the money and send me a photo of d package... (some other sellers do, without asking) hence the doubts on my part. What's important is, the way she handled my feedback; she remains polite and patient and graceful. I'm very impressed and for that she deserves a big POSITIVE from me!
