The 1st thing that impressed me was how fast Simon responded to my call for help with my roof leak! He accurately assessed the problem and sorted out the leak within 2 weeks. My leak was so bad, I had mould growing on my bedroom ceiling. He proposed the most cost-effective and efficient solution. Leaking went on for several months from the gap between the awning and the roofing. Adjusted roof tiles and applied silicon, didn’t work at all and became worse. Got APS to come by and they suggested sealing the whole roof. Workers were punctual. Proper protection on the awning done before starting.
