Pls state the facts properly You ordered a COD for the watch and it arrived on august 25. Today is already september 5 ofcourse ipapareturn na ung item. You did not reply and you keep on saying that you will get the item but for almost a week wala naman. So sino ang scammer? Dba ikaw?
