Incompetent & a liar! 1)Unskilled to service watch, yet accepted it. No one force u to accept 2) Serviced for "free", but watch returned in worse shape, keeping worse time as seen from pic,movement is wobby in case. You expect me to pay to ruin my watch? 3) No mention of him sourcing parts, all he said was he can't do it 4) Informed me it was $17 for him to send the watch, never said it was free

Check out hundreds of positive reviews and you know that this person is very misleading and unreasonable. I can send screenshots as proof. 1. The watch had many issues beforehand. 2. The service was FREE despite spending a long time on changing the glass and cleaning the movement. 3. As mentioned, some parts needed replacement but he kept rushing. So, I didn't have time to get them. 4. I offered to send the watch via grab at cost/free if I can't make it. He refused. I had to rush to meet.
