Buyer is able to take a step back and realise he is at fault. Next time don't rush into offering and ask the qns you want to ask first. Cheers.

i deal with this guy 2x first time he said we meet at 6pm but he arrive almost 9pm..i really like the thing so i waited for it..but then the second deal was scheduled 7pm its almost 9pm he hasn't arrive and he still 9 mrt stops away from our meeting place so i decided too cancel it..
