Item was damaged when arrived. Seller kept trying to blame the fault on the pos laju. Item was badly damaged and seller was not willing to take the responsibility at all. This was one of the most terrible damaged item I have ever received. Besides that this was one of the most expensive item I've ever bought but I was so disappointed with the result. Seller went missing and MIA & didn't reply suddenly when we were talking about the damaged item. Not willing to refund or anything so yeah.

Fussy buyer. Cannot believe it. I alr said that the shipping damage is not my fault. I alr sent the pic of the album to her before to confirm. She said okay. And none defect at all. And when arrive at her she said the album is used. Other customer received their item find but her! Unbelieveble. Yes i will not refund bcoz it is not my fault. Would you refund for damage item during shipping? No right. So am i

Item reached me in good condition though it took almost a week to be delivered (blame the super slow "PosLaju" 😂) ~~ Great seller to deal with as i was keep up-to-date with the latest status of my order 👍 Overall it's a pleasant transaction! Thank you ^^
