SCAM WARNING! I bought 'brand new' US 7 slippers (₱475) that were a defective/mismatched pair. Seller played games insisting the tag size was correct, the problem is the actual size making them unwearable. The half-refund offer for a defective item is absurd. I still await the full refund I am owed. Carousell: Ban this scammer. She shipped garbage & refuses to fix her negligence. Buyer beware!

Hi! I’m really sorry about your experience, but the pair I sent was exactly as listed brand new, as you can see and I send actual photos and a US 7 size. I even offered a partial refund to help fix things, but it was declined. I always try to be honest with all my buyers. Hope we can settle this properly. 😊

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. SCAMMER ALERT Sold an item allegedly APPLE TV 4K (32gb 1st gen) and even posted the box it came in with the model number of an apple tv 4k (1st gen). Not only was the seller vague and unresponsive, the item came 1 week after. AND IT WAS AN APPLE TV 3rd gen! Not even apple TV 4k! Have already reported to the authorities since she gave me details. Scammer

Seller reached out and offered a compromise after the sale. We came up with an acceptable compromise. Reparations were made. Thank you seller

Thank you for recognizing that we reached a compromise. I wish we could have clarified details before the initial review, but I appreciate that we settled fairly. I offered a ₱3,000 refund, which is more than half of the ₱5,500 total, to ensure a fair resolution. I always provide actual product photos when requested, In this case, no request was made before purchase, so I shipped the item in good faith. I take customer concerns seriously and will continue to be transparent and responsive.
