buyer ghost me for 3 days and still counting, made payment and said was going to send the item with confimation by the weekend but its almost a week and still have not recieved any confirmation

Buyer enquired numerously and only made payment a month later. Item was mailed out 2 weeks later as I had a last minute trip out of SG and wasn’t active on Carousell (this was my bad, which I’ve informed buyer). Since it was the festive season (Xmas, CNY, NY), delays for normal mail is expected & unavoidable. Buyer has received his item but chose to leave untrue review. Terrible experience as he’s VERY petty, insulting, verbally abusive, tendency to spam - incapable of proper communication.

Hi Jerry! Firstly, you had opted for normal mail which is untraceable (and you’re aware of this). According to your update, the parcel actually took 6 working days (not “more than 1 week”) which is reasonable. And given that you pestered me for update every single day (pic/vid proof was provided) even tho it’s NM, I’ve always replied kindly - this 2 star review is very uncalled for. Nevertheless, I’d highly recommend for you to always opt for registered since your expectation is 1 working day.
