I have a pleasant transaction with the seller. Seller is very patient with my numerous questions. Her after sale is good she help solved my usage issue immediately. The machine is good and cheaper than buying online. Value for $. Will purchase again!

Seller was half an hour late to deal, even after we agreed on the time much earlier. Did not inform me that the fridge had no light working.

Your friend reached 9:18pm instead of 9pm, we had agreed the timing to be 9pm shown in our message. But you had request for 8:30pm. We had tried to rush back. Secondly we had the policy to refund the fridge if customer is not satisfied, but you don’t want to refund it & leave me a bad review which is not fair to me.
