offered her a refund but did not want to accept it due my mix up in sizing, also listed in the descriptions my sizings for buyers to verify before purchase. Partly my fault as i was unable to meet up with her last minute but offered to compensate my mistake with a free delivery

in fact, she requested the $6 to be inclusive of nm n i proceeded on with it. Offered her a complete refund of the product, the mailing is unable to be refunded as it is already paid to post office

hey I accept that there's nothing much else you can do other than offer a refund, but you: 1) did not offer a full refund, 2) did not state anywhere in the listing to clarify the size (i have a SS) on top of 3) telling me you mixed up the meetup dates when I was already reaching and 4) listing the item to be size M when it is in fact, XS (very big difference). please be for real w yourself and be fair in your ratings when I've been patient and understanding despite the multiple inconveniences.
