I asked the buyer to re adjust on timings as I have gardener coming in today, it exceeds my limit of number of people who can come due to Covid restrictions. Also I asked her to arrange another day as I had got gardener to come after 1 month of chase and I have a handover in a week. Offered her to reimburse money for the movers if they can do a transfer job for me. She wouldn’t hear anything
She cancelled the morning of and I tried to call the mover to move the timing to a later time and they were fully booked. So they finally said they ll move it the NEXT day at 10 am and when I told seller ,she said she's busy the whole week Plus the mornin of when she asked me if I can change day or need it urgently..I said I need it as I ve thrown out my bed alr . Then she just said will refund me so I said u need to reimburse my move fee as its non refundable
