The mattress are super super old, the seller demanded payment prior delivery so we can’t see the poor quality on spot to make decision. They should have disposed it more than selling with an expensive price and using photos from years ago

Buyer’s conduct was unacceptable. She falsely claimed the item was “super, super old,” despite recent photos showing its true condition and accused me of using outdated images. She knowingly negotiated a lower price while aware of the item’s actual state. She also lied about demanding payment before delivery to avoid inspection. In fact, she arranged collection and attempted to take the item without paying. This experience has been extremely frustrating, unprofessional and deeply disappointing.
