It was clearly stated in my Online Rental Policy that reservation fee must be settled first and the Valid ID must be sent before shipping. Before you provided your details, I reiterated my requirement and asked for cofirmation if you agreed. All instructions were given prior to booking to avoid any delays. If you’re not willing to follow seller’s rules, do not rent online again :) such a hassle.
